Product Description
The 762 Series High-Power Laser Diode Mounts are designed to provide either air or water cooling for high-power laser diodes. Water-cooled mounts have quick release connectors for easy installation and connection to a water source. High-Heat Load packages and Bar-type packages are accommodated. Up to 25 W thermal loads are dissipated using the air-cooled version in still air while fan cooling will increase the dissipation capabilities of the mount. This heat load translates to between 810 W of optical output power from the laser diode depending upon its conversion efficiency. The water-cooled version can dissipate up to 100 W of heat load. CW bar laser diodes with output powers up to 30 W are accommodated with the 762W mount. Thermoelectric (TE) cooled versions of each mount are also available, enabling finer wavelength tuning and further device stabilization. Mounts can be used with a post and base for table top experiments. A truncated cylinder design allows direct mounting to a breadboard for OEM applications.
