We offer a selection of solarization resistant and standard UV-VIS and VIS-NIR single fibers in core diameters from 200 to 1000 mm, to support our Minispectrometers and Bench-top Spectrometers. For coupling directly to an IS minispectrometer, we recommend using a 600 mm core fiber, and no less than a 400 mm core fiber, particularly if working in the UV. Note, our OSM Series of Minispectrometers include a 400 mm core fiber.
If you are working below 260 nm, please select a solarization resistant fiber. These fibers do not suffer from the damaging effects of deep UV. They are usable from 180 to 1100 nm.
