The Spectra-Physics Millennia® Pro Series sets the standard for CW 532 nm green lasers. When the Millennia family was first introduced in 1996, its ultra low noise and inherent reliability made it an overnight success and an ideal replacement for ion lasers. Over the past 10 years, Spectra-Physics has made systematic improvements to this laser family. Today, the Millennia Pro, backed by the most reliable diode lasers available, delivers unsurpassed performance. They operate in TEM00 mode and are offered with an output power range from 2 W up to 15 W.
All Millennia Pro lasers feature next generation ProLite® diode pump technology offering unprecedented reliability, stability and longevity. The ProLite diode design is based on a phosphorus-based active area and the improved, watertight FCbar package isolates the diode from debris and humidity. The result is a lifetime and stability unmatched in the industry.
The Millennia Pro industrial (i) series uses a monolithic architecture and advanced thermal design to provide unprecedented power stability and beam-pointing performance with a minimum footprint.
The Millennia Pro scientific (s) series combines all advantages in a compact, CDRH-compliant package appropriate for a wide range of applications. |
