Product Description
Finally - an IR CCD that offers the sensitivity seen only in an LN2 cooled detector. The new Oriel InstaSpec IR is a TE cooled image intensified spectroscopic CCD for the 950 to 1650 nm spectral range. This system is ideally suited to low light measurements, such as Raman and photoluminescence.
